I tested this iphone apps call TiltShiftGen and the outcome is amzing. Take a look at images I took. Although it limits some function but overall results is great for a $0.99 compare to a tilt shift lens and CS4 software budget. Try it out with your Iphone and you be amazed. It also has the Ipad version.
